2D Handdrawn Animation Basics
Intro to 2D Animation Principles and workflow, including Squash and Stretch, Solid Drawing, Timing and Spacing, Drag and Overlap and Follow-Through. Proficiency in both Digital Animation and Traditional Pencil and Paper Animation.

Independent Project Development
Have a larger animated personal project? An idea of where to start but not sure how to execute it? Through the university and also in my own private practice, I enjoy guiding artists through their animated projects and helping others achieve their artistic goals. I utilize production frameworks and organizational habits tailored to the individual and employ my wealth of animation knowledge to help you progress in any animated project according to your intent and timeline.

Life Drawing for Animation
A collection of ideas and practices for observational drawing with regards to drawing the body in motion. Through drawing short poses with a model, we can explore gesture, contour and form through the moving body.

3D Modelling in Maya
Basics of 3D Modelling workflow and pipelines in regards to props and characters as well as building a larger scene within Maya.

Compositing in After Effects
Workflows using 2D Animated components within After Effects, including compositing, editing and timing. This also covers Motion Graphics and animating solid shapes using Keyframing within After Effects.
